I get the feeling that E3 was their PSP-centric show, and GamesCom will be their ps3-centric show. New hardware will be shown at each show, along with big news on upcoming games. GT PSP was fully unveiled at E3. GT5 will probably get the spotlight at GamesCom. New features were shown for the PSP at E3 (comic store, video store), and new features will likely be shown for the ps3 at GamesCom (firmware 3.0, video store for Europe).
