This would have been, what a real bad president would've done - most people won't agree with all the points, but this just should show how ridiculous the op is.
1. The Queen of England wants the USA back. . .
2. The King of Saudi Arabia stops all oil deliveries to the USA. . .
3. Daniel Ortega wouldn't mind. . .
4. Hugo Chavez makes Venezuela stop all oil/gas deliveries . . .
5. The Socialist but fair elected Evo Morales of Bolivia would have to fight against some kind of contras. . .
6. Iran launches an Atom-bomb on Israel. . .
7. AIG goes bankrupt so do millions of Americans . . .
8. Even more companies, insurance companies and banks go bankrupt => even more Americans and other companies and people world-wide . ..

10. How do you get surplus into a debt during good economic times??? Don't know, but it was possible in the past. So it's possible to quadruble the debt, by doing nothing at all.

18. Appointed as Attorney General a man who orchestrated the forced removal and expulsion from America to Cuba of a nine-year old whose mother died trying to bring him to a life of freedom in the United States, and decided to keep him away from his last living parent . . .
19. Get even more people in Guantanamo to show them there how democracy works . . .
