What random suicides?   I never get any.  For the top squad trophy I think you need be both in the top squad as well as being the best in the squad, on all three regular maps.

 

What dodgy damage also?

It'd be nice if it at least showed you the guy that killed you... sometimes you suddenly die and have no idea why, haha.
