Sorry you are having a tough time, I feel for you. MS ' customer service has been nothing but shitty in my many experiences with them. I know last time I had to send my 360 in, I had a box, printed a label and while on the way to the UPS store, I saw a UPS truck stopped at a local business. I pulled over found the driver inside the business and asked him if he would take my 360 and he did without hesitation. Took me two weeks to get it back.
On a related side note, anyone know how well the Jaspers are holding up?
I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.
