New Mickey Mose Game : First Concept Art!

Obviously Mose was meant to be Mouse in the title.

You might remember about a year ago there was said to be an epic Mickey Mouse game by Warren Spector starting development for the Wii that was to be the "Mario Killer".  

Could this be the concept art?
