Not in China, and they have more net users than the entire US population. I think This move by M$ and Yahoo will cause some pause in Google...search provides an overwhleming amount of their revenue, and if Bing can threaten it...that will affect their ability to go fishing. M$ gets step one of it's takeover of Yahoo...lol.
BTW, Yahoo is my preferred search site, so now it's going to be Bing!
