What? Do you mean used games, because they can't do this with the New Boxes, because if you haven't noticed... they are wrapped lol

They're marked as "new" but are no longer in their plastic wrapping.

Same thing happened to me when i got tales of vesperia it had a new sticker on it but it was open i was like wtf,I rarely buy games new

there any more, Try buying a used game from there. they spam those shitty Yellow stickers like 4 times on the box.
