Online gaming is definitely a must for me, the thing that's so great about it is that you pretty much get a new experience every time and it adds a lot to re playability
however, sometimes I just feel like playing a nice single player game/RPG and that's where I don't really care about the online
for example, Oblivion and FO3 both have dozens of hours of game play despite having no online mode
