Where's the bias. It's a fact that it occurs and a question out there for reason or opinions why it's an issue to begin with on consoles. If my Wii was overheating and needing service I'd be just as pissed. Isn't a console not just a specialized computer with one single purpose?
Consoles owned: NES, N64, PS1, GC, PS2, Wii.
