Depending on wether you've taken Daylight Saving Time into account those times would be:
1:30 or 2:30 and 11:00 or 0:00 for the UK and even an hour later for most of the rest of Europe.
Now I don't know what exactly we're wanting to do with this league and what us European think about playing mostly at night, but ...
