He said something like "I bowl like I'm in the special olympics" or something when he was on a late night talk show (I can't remember which one) ...
The original post seems to miss that he approved a budget with a deficit that was projected to be $1.8 trillion, and will likely be past $2 Trillion when the budget update is released in august.
