That's somewhat disappointing to hear... I just borrowed it from a friend.

Not to say that an RPG has to have a good story in order to be enjoyable (I can play just about any SRPG, regardless of story), but it certainly is great when it does.

I've seen nothing but glowing reviews on it. But now that you mention it, I can't recall many (any? I can't remember) that had mentioned its story as a drawing point.


gameplay wise yes..everything else no...special affects are cool though
