I turned 18 24 hours and 25 minutes ago. I was at Womad music festival surrounded by people who I had just met yet they still sang happy birthday and made it great, as well as giving me free laughing gas and drinks that night.
I also bought my first legal pint which luckily I wasn't i.d'd for as I haven't got any yet.
The annoying thing is that I am going to North Carolina on wednesday so I will have just one night to celebrate with friends before leaving at 6am next morning so sleep is pretty much out of the question. Also the drinking age is 21 there!!!
