Well to tell you the truth it isn't that much a deal. One , after you download the latest patch, you need to download a hotfixes patch mod in order for your game to not crash if an enemy country has a high revolt risk. Which is out of your control.

Then after that problem, you must know that the barbarian tribes are so pussified you can't play as them, and the only real country you can play is rome itself. And also the game is 1/2 the speed or less of EUIII. (for me)
