Oooh burn.
Anyway, it seems like there's very little to be gained from account investigation in this matter. I mean, think about how much time and money it would take to go through every person's account and check it thoroughly. They certainly couldn't use an automated system because if that screwed up and they ended up with half of LIVE banned it would basically kill the gaming division in terms of PR and usability.
