It's horrible how these devs screwed us over with these games.

Huh? Getting them way... WAY in advance doesn't count for anything? Since when?

It deffinitly counts for something, but I can't help but feel cheated. I'm not to interested in TOV, but I bought Ninja Gaiden 2 almost a year ago now. Then they come and announce a better version for PS3. There's no way I'm going to have the money to afford this game a second time.

I think you need to change your perspective. If you buy a Shiny new 2009 BMW, you're going to be very happy with it. But if you wait a year, and compare it to the 2010's, you may notice some new  features yours is missing. The question is, what was more beneficial, driving around your awesome car for a year, or sticking with what you had to get more later? With games its the same way. If you want to hold off on buying a game incase a better version comes out, there's always that choice. But getting a copy of a game ages in advance (and a year in advance for a video game is HUGE) and given the choice, PS3 fans would probably have prefered NG2 a year ago.
