Remember its more of a test than anything - it was made clear this was simply to show that Bridges was back, etc. None of this might be in final film at all.
I thought the look was nice, more modern but still Tron. The costumes seemed a little rushed - i.e. stick someone in motorbike helmet and leathers and bingo, there you go.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
