For the DS, it all depends on whether you own/care about GBA games. If you do, get a Lite. If not the DSi is pretty sweet, too. Personally, I'd recommend the DS Lite because there are so many legendary GBA games you can play, and at this point many of them are available really cheap.
For the PSP.... get a DS.
