An American National(nazi) party could poll higher than the BNP does in the UK but they still wouldnt be able to gain any seats in congress. |
The system we use also prevents smaller parties from getting into power, the BNP don't have any seats in Westminster.
In fact, no "extreme" party has had a seat in Westminster, not even in the 30s when they were at their peak popularity.
