Your points about Nintendo are pretty ridiculous:

1)they have way bigger software R&D than hardware

Of course... they only have to make one hardware per gen, but hundreds of software.

2)They can't create hardware and Internet servers and service as powerful and technology than competitor

They don't HAVE to create hardware... they just have to take off-the-shelf CPUs, GPUs to make their hardware. Take a good GPU and a good PowerPC multi-core CPU and they have the basics of their next-gen hardware.

As for Internet service... that's commoditized these days. There are plenty of companies like Akamai that can handle the bandwidth capacity to make an XBL-like service. Nintendo just needs some (not much) software to make the server side part, which frankly isn't that complex. Streaming online content and providing files for download is simple and boring.

3)They would the most influential and profitable third parties publishers with so many mainstream franchises, that with the multiplataform status could make them just as profitable as they been with this generation withouth the inherit risk of being a 1st party.

They are even more influential by designing hardware and software at the same time.

4) They are small company, and the risk and investment the next generation will require will just be too big and not worth in the business sense.

How is the next generation any different from the previous ones? Technology wise, it will most likely be a small improvement in terms of hardware and online capabilities. Nintendo's real advancements are in control schemes, and they have more than enough resources to do that, as they've proven again and again.

5) Their BLUE OCEAN statement!

What would be more blue ocean than surprising everyone, becoming the biggest and more profitable 3rd party and make multiplataforms games reaching another selling records next genration with their HUGE franchises selling on every console.

What does blue ocean have to do with surprising people? It's about capturing untapped demographics which weren't gaming before.
