If I were willing to part ways with my copies, then I would sell them to you... but I'm not 
But yeah, try ebay. I've gotten many PS1 games from there and all were in great condition. Make sure you study each auction closely though (as well as shipping prices).
EDIT: Poop, I just read your reply. For your sake, I hope they come out, and sooner than later.
