Intergration when people are young is the best route. Followed by people allowing to be hateful believe it or not.

With anti-hate laws that make it so people can't say outwordly racist things... it just makes racists feel persecuted against.

While if they're aloud to say what they want... the media and people of the community can shout them down.

to the contrary, education can help, people think immigration is evil in the UK, so we teach them about all the benefits it can have, reducing the number of people who hate immigrants, atleast in theory it should work, its better than nothing anyway.
