Bungie's new IP doesn't have a publisher yet

On a more serious note, I know folks at MS who tell me Bungie keeps substantial secrets from them when they visit, for some time now. As in large parts of the facility are "no you can't go in there" secret. I highly doubt the publisher is MS, for this reason.

So do they work on MGS or on xbox division?
