The PC Game Revenue Worldwide in 2008 was $12.7 Billions. I'm sure Console Game Revenue is above that, but their problem is that PC Games are much more recession-proof than Console Games - PC games are much cheaper, and the MMO and Casual markets will be unaffected by the recession and will continue to grow handsomely. By the end of the year I think we can expect the PC gaming revenue to come closer, or atleast have a bigger growth rate than the Console Industry.
