This has now happened twice, with this ratchet game and the previous one, it may not come 100% close to being like Toy story, but it comes damn close and that for REAL TIME RENDERED graphics, unlike Toy story which was done on server farms which took hours to just render a couple of minutes, that in it's self is damn impressive. But you know what, if it was the media saying that Mario Galaxy was the game that looked like toy story, oh man you better believe a shit storm would of broken out if anyone said anything contrary to what the media would have stated, ban hammers and perman bans would have flown, but as things currently stand nothing happens and people continue to hate on the PS3 and it's games as usual....kinda sad. |
Well Sony did originally state that the Emotion Engine in the PS2 could do Toy Story quality graphics...I remember seeing all that stuff that they claimed before the PS2 was released.
