Man here is my list:
P4 > P3 FES > ToV > BD > SO4 > LO > ES > IU > EA > TLR
Notice how I included both Persona 4 and Persona 3 in there, which should retail for $30 and $15 respectively. And most everybody has a PS2, so ...
But really I think buying IU/EA/TLR/ES at any price is probably a mistake. SO4 is probably okay at a cheaper price if you enjoy the combat system, BD at $10 I think is really good, but the other are iffy. $30 is decently cheap but LO should still go down and for PS3 owners they can probably wait for a superior version of ToV.
Man, this gen really is pretty wretched for jRPGs.
