480p native screen? Is there that kind of screens? Yes, the wii graphics is the issue here. I can't stand those jaggies at all.

Well I use an SD TV and get no jaggies at all in The Conduit (or any other Wii game) It's not a problem with the Wii graphics itself, but with the integration between the Wii and the TV.

Play around with the settings of both the TV and the Wii (particularly try changing the Wii to 480i or 576i if possible) and you should be able to make it look better.
