I have the same problem, i usually have to wait at least 2 weeks after i sent a game back to get another one, sometimes longer. Its rediculous, with netflix i get another movie the day after i send it out. I had 13 games on my list last week and 7 of them were high availability and they still waited 4 days to send a game
