In my opinion the only franchise that would be intensely squabbled over is Gran Turismo. The other "franchises" (I'm not sure if Infamous or Heavy Rain could be referred to as a franchise) are of high quality, no doubt - but they don't sell enough (in my opinion) to have Microsoft or Nintendo to offer up millions of dollars in a bidding war (let alone a billion+ combined).
