Try using IE

Not sure if they are still accepting, but I got in fine using Firefox (3.0.11).

The last time they did this, I didn't make it in, in the first cut, but I did the second time they let folks in (about 2-3 weeks before public release).  If they do this similarly, chances are pretty good that you'll get the update before mid-August.
