Impossible to say, but I'll give it a go. It's hard because the terminal length of the generation is difficult to predict.
Wii ~100M (I expect a Wii 2 before an Xbox next/PS4)
Since Natal/Wand are coming out in 2010 I would expect 3 years of that before a new generation so 2013 is about the right time for both Xbox 360 and PS3.
Xbox 360 ~65-70M
PS3 ~55-60M
I don't expect sales to be sustained over the next few years, I expect a slow decline in sales starting next year for all consoles.
