With so much money you should take the Philips one
its superior on every level
not to mention how cool is the ambilight
i cant forget how amazing Super Mario Galaxy was with all that colours from the ambilight (lights turned off in the room)
when i play it in another tv it never feels the same
Seriously every other tv is lacking compared to an ambilight philips... in the beggining feels as a gimmick but if u get used to it there is no turning back
But you have to be careful because the older models have input lag problems and are not the best for gaming (Samsungs also have the same prob)
but the new series are amazing they eliminated this problem of the past years
