The "jaggies" issue you mention is aliasing. Most games nowadays use an "anti-aliasing" process to minimize the jaggy issue you are refering to.

according to wikipedia: "In digital signal processing, anti-aliasing is the technique of minimizing the distortion artifacts known as aliasing when representing a high-resolution signal at a lower resolution."

Quantum of Solace and Conduit have the most aliasing issues of the FPS games on the Wii. COD WAW Wii has aliasing but it is not as severe. This could be due to a few factors:

1. Developers have not implemented an anti-aliasing technique.
2. Developers have implemented it but it isn't enough.
3. The monitor you are viewing it on is not interpolating the signal properly.

Not sure exactly why some Wii games have this issue, but I do know that Anti-aliasing can be taxing on the console.
