Well this is the dumbest thing I've heard this week.
It's things like this remind me why I hate people. Instead of judges actually taking care of things that matter, you've got sue happy twats like this.
Protip: if you don't want to be banned, don't be a jackass.
Nobody can stop you from saying whatever you want but they have every right to deny you their service.
