No, and I don't want to be. Being circumsized would make masturbation more difficult, and if I were to rape someone it would make unlubed penetration more painful. I also think being circumsized could have negative effects on a childs mental state and/or sexuality. Babies are hypersensative to pain, it would be horrible for that to be your first experience with your penis.
My mother was actually going to have me circumsized because our family thought it was cleaner.
But our doctor was against it, saying it's not really needed for someone who has good hygeine.
