I still remember the day the doctor came to school when I was young (around 8 y.o.) to check up on all the kids. He also checked if "it" wasn't too tight. Mymother and sister were there too ;-(
Later when I was 13 it was checked again by a doctor at school. Those days I will always remember as the most awkward moments of my childhood, everything else pales in comparison...
