I never liked 9. It was made to appease the old school FF fans, and the characters are pretty lame imo. Quina and steiner being my two most disliked characters. Then zidane and garnet were plump little hobbits and the world was taken over by mist. Of all the lame plotlines, mist. Used in so many rpgs already. They set out to make an old school rpg and ended up making a repetitive and unoriginal game.
People still like it though, somehow. I don't understand...
