It's different. Duh. Lol.
Prototype is more about crazy destruction. Killing military and infected people, tanks, coppers, destroying bases.
inFamous was more a conventional super-hero story.
Graphic-wise, inFamous is a lot better. Prototype has more powers and a lot (and I mean a lot) of upgrades.
So it's hard to say which one is better, Even though they are a free-roam game with superpowers thrown in, they have different styles.
But they are both good.
