Actually its the contrary to me. I've never seen a circumcised penis so I actually find it weird.
I read that it makes little to no difference for someone who has a regular (good) hygiene. I think it should be left as is, doesn't make a difference to me but I don't see a point in it. Most people in Europe don't do it and as far as I know there isn't more diseases than in the US.
