I presume you mean morally? Sure, sounds fine to me. If you've bought something that is going to take weeks to turn up then getting it online isn't depriving anyone of money.
Legally I'd guess it depends which country you reside in; technically you could still be deemed to be illegally downloading I guess.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
