Don't be fooled by the southpeak logo. Section 8 is developed by Timegate studios. They did the pretty good Kohan games as well as the FEAR expansion pack 1...which was also pretty good.

I predict 75-85 on meta for Section 8.

Southpeak is not the developer? When did they get money to publish games?
