Nope.
I don't know how much of it is strictly parents dependant though, let alone the kid deciding at some point of time. My brother lives in the US and when his wife was about to give birth my parents were sort of really scared that if it were a boy, the hospital would circumsize him without asking - apparently they'd read about this happening.
Was a girl though so we never found out.
It's not that common here, didn't even know it was viewed so badly by the catholics, but at least I was double-guarded by not being Jewish and being born to Catholics (though frankly I don't think they know either, it's just something they don't think is necessary).
