No, I don't think Sony should give up, now that they are too far into this. I may not like saying this, but they have to keep on going. However, I do believe just dropping the price of the system is not enough. I believe that if they were to help publish more games, or help with the development costs for those companies that are willing to make games for the PS3, then maybe more gaming companies would feel that it's okay to make some games for the PS3. Sure, they may lose more money, but they need the games on the system to get more royalties for the games to cover up the costs for the system. Gotta lose some to gain some, thats Sony's motto and they need to apply it both with their system and when getting games. |
