Then decide if the pricing for Go+its features. Personally, if Sony still appears to keep supporting both models by year's end, I would just get 3000 as I don't see justification for price difference.

Not to mention if you pick up a Go you won't have the vast library already on UMD. I suggest waiting because the 3000 will likely get a price cut this fall when the Go debuts. But as SuperChunk said the PSP 3000 is supposedly going to recieve all of the same software so why bother loosing your thumb pad and UMD support?
