The last thing I want to do is insert myself into this argument, but I distinctly remember Kojima saying that this would be a stealth game, just different from the rest of the series. (I even made a topic about it a few months ago)
It may have hack n' slash gameplay segments, but it's still going to be a stealth game in some form.
