It's a lot easier. There are 5 different scenarios and each one has 24 territories you can control. If you play as a ruler, then you can invade a territory every month, meaning it would take 23 months in the game at the most to clear one scenario. If you play as an officer, it will take a lot longer to clear each scenario (the ruler decides if he wants to invade every 3 months, but it's not foolproof whether he will invade another territory or not). The scenarios are what will take up most of your time, as it could take anywhere from 3-5 hours to clear each one. The character trophies (43 in total) would probably take 2-3 hours if you decided to go for them ASAP.
