Nothing, this is P4, not P3, there are no people shotting themselves on the head every time they want to summon a demon.

Only a kid who's trying to find if he's gay that makes you chase him to a sauna, a bunch of underage kids getting drunk, a couple of horrible murders and a crossdresser that wants to have a sex change  (little spoiler)
