Here is my opinion on each game.

Halo Combat Evolved:

The best in the series by far for having one of the best single-player first-person shooter experiances ever and argubly the best console FPS ever created. It has a great story {By FPS standards}, great art style, tight controls, very well balance weapons {Pistol is very overpowered though}, superb A.I., incredibly well implemented co-op, ELITES, awesome vehicles, open outdoor enviroments, amazing multiplayer, some of the best FPS combat around, and over excellent gameplay. Easily one of the best first-person shooters ever created and it is truly a classic. I give it a 5 Stars.

Halo 2:

Its good, but not as good as the original in almost everyway. The single-player is fine wasn't very thrilling to play because it was disjointed and the outdoor enviroments weren't as big plus the story started off well but then became muddy and then comes the infamously bad cliff hangar. The online multiplayer however was awesome, it kept me playing over and over again. Unfortunely most of the weapons were very unbalanced and there were HUGE hitboxes making it easy to get shots. However, I did really like The Arbiter character. Overall: its a nice sequel but not worthy of the original classic so I give it 4 stars.

Halo 3:

Better than the 2nd and almost as good as the original. The campaign first level was dull but it ramped up to high awesomness until Cortana while the last level was very good but the campaign was way too short. Sure there was a good amount of replay value with four player online co-op {Which is awesome}, skulls, and multiple difficulty levels but we still finish the fight way too fast. The story wrapped everything nicely but it could've been a bit more indepth and more emotional instead of this macho war story, its confusing to those who aren't into the Halo mythos. The enemy A.I. is excellent but your team mate A.I. is awful especially when they're driving for you. The multiplayer is heavily refined and it is better balanced than the 2nd game, its one of the most addicting MP experiances around and it is awesome. Theatre and Forge are great additions that surprisingly effect the multiplayer in a lot of ways. Overall the game was overhyped but it is still a very good game and the Scarab battles..... MAN... They are EPIC! I give it 4 and a half stars.

Halo Wars:

Its a good attempt of making a console RTS and it succeeds well. Campaign is short but fun and the multiplayer is nice along with the co-op. The game is unforuntely a bit too shallow, not dumb down shallow but just too simple. It does capture the Halo atmosphere very well and the story is decent with amazing cinematics. Its not worthy buying but it is a very good rental. 3 and a half stars.

I'm glad I didn't have to write all of this first, but I completely agree.

Cool!
