This is a day one buy for me :) My old PSP-1000 is in need of new games, and what better way to give it some life, than with a GT game? Plus the ability to pass your garage from GT:PSP to GT5 in the future is a huge plus for GT fans, that way you'll be working towards your goals in GT5 even after it's released XD
