The fact that black people are not as smart is a fault of their own. They were dumb when white people were smart enough to rule over them with ease. We did keep them dumb however, but the fact they were dumb is something we did not create. Africa is just not the perfect continent to live on(harsh weather,etc)
And yes, that's what I mean(the rest of your post)
and never discriminate the smurfs! They're on the belgian euros(coins, it's worth 5 euros)!
